Hunting in the clouds

Cloud Kingdom Catch takes the fish-shooter format into a bright sky full of floating islands. It is a Nocturn Play arcade game with no reels: targets glide across the scene and you shoot them from a slingshot at the bottom. Tap anywhere to send a shot there, hold to fire non-stop. Each target carries a multiplier, from Dandelion Seeds and Cloud Sheep up to Pegasus and the Golden Goose, and a successful capture pays that multiplier times your bet, up to 2,000× the bet on a single hit. Lighter targets fall easily; the big ones take patience.

Feather, tornado and kite

You switch between three shots, and each costs a different multiple of your bet. The feather dart (×1) is the everyday shot. The tornado shot (×4) spirals forward and sweeps up to six targets along the way. The lightning kite (×10) flies to its target, and lightning then jumps from it to as many as seven others. Bigger bets strengthen the slingshot over three levels. A shot that misses everything is refunded.

Wind lanes and gusts

The wind is what makes this sky different. Its direction changes every twenty seconds, and a feather dart fired with it can ricochet onto a nearby target for a second chance at a capture. Meanwhile, every shot you fire charges the wind. When the wind is charged and turns, a gust sweeps across the sky and captures targets for free. Keeping an eye on the wind and timing your darts to the current is a small skill that pays off.

Storm Cloud and Balloon Bunch

Two special targets are worth chasing. Hit the Storm Cloud and lightning strikes every target around it. The Balloon Bunch releases balloons that fly to up to seven targets and pay one combined prize.

Three bosses in the sky

A boss arrives roughly every sixty seconds, announced by a BOSS INCOMING banner. The Sky Pirate Galleon and the Cumulus Titan pay a random multiplier once captured. The Storm Roc is trickier: it dodges every few seconds and calls up the storm, and each storm level, up to six, raises the multiplier it pays. If it flies off the far side, it is gone.

Auto keeps the slingshot firing, and Lock tracks the richest target or the one you tap. Cloud Kingdom Catch runs in any browser on phone or computer, and you can play it for free right here. Prefer the dark? The swamp of Bayou Phantoms and the sea of Leviathan Gold are close cousins, and the games page lists them all.

Frequently asked questions

How does the wind work in Cloud Kingdom Catch?

It changes direction every twenty seconds. Darts fired with it can ricochet, and a charged wind blows a free gust when it turns.

What is the biggest win on one hit?

A single hit can pay up to 2,000× the bet.

How do you catch the Storm Roc?

Keep hitting it while it dodges. Each storm level it calls raises its multiplier, so the longer the fight, the bigger the prize.

Which shot covers the most targets?

The lightning kite, at ten times the bet, hits its target and then up to seven more.
